Terry Brown, from the New South Wales town of Mendooran, says he can't get enough skilled Australian workers, and the current skilled worker visas don't suit the seasonal demands of his business.
Mr Brown says there are northern hemisphere specialists ready and willing to come to Australia in the northern off-season, but visa requirements block many potential seasonal immigrants.
