Pharmacist charged with drug offences, Noble Park

August 22, 2008
A PHARMACIST is believed to be the first in Victorian history charged with trafficking a drug of dependence.

Morimer Kham, 28, was charged on Wednesday night with four counts of trafficking a drug of dependence and one count of possessing the proceeds of a crime.

The Flemington man was arrested at his father's Noble Park pharmacy after a six-month investigation into the illegal trafficking of pseudoephedrine tablets.
