Plans for a controversial Pacific Island guest worker scheme to address crippling labour shortages in Australia's horticultural sector, are about to be unveiled by the Government. The move has already sparked a backlash from some trade unions and the Federal Opposition, who say the jobs should be going to Australia's unemployed.The video says that labour shortages are stunting growth and expansion.
