Bankstown and Blacktown record highest birthrates

October 06, 2008
BANKSTOWN has officially become the baby capital of NSW, with figures revealing 715 babies were born to families living in the suburb last year...

Blacktown took second place on the list with 680 births, narrowly outranking Auburn with 622 births, and Merrylands, which recorded 591...

"Bankstown has a large ethnic, particularly Middle Eastern community, which has a high birthrate. They're good breeders and produce a lot of kids," he said.

By contrast, Blacktown's escalating birthrate could be attributed to the number of first homeowners settling in the area, Mr Salt said.
Who would have guessed that Muslims have the highest birthrate when their leaders are commanding them to conquer us with their wombs? The last time I visited Blacktown the majority of prams being pushed around in the street were by African women.
